This was a full landscape build on a property in Covington - the kind of job where every piece had to work together. Fresh beds wrapping the front of the house, a row of neatly spaced shrubs planted along the foundation, dark mulch laid clean from edge to edge. From overhead you can really see how the bed lines follow the curve of the driveway and tie the whole front of the property together.

Out back, we placed a boulder-edged planting bed near the fence line. That bed sits right along the property boundary, and the boulders aren't just for looks - they anchor the bed, add structure, and give the space a grounded, natural feel that fits the rural setting. We filled in behind them with fresh mulch and young plants that will fill out nicely as the season moves on.

The stone staircase off the back patio was one of those details that makes a real difference. Two solid stone slabs stacked and set to give a clean, stable step down from the concrete to the yard. Simple, but exactly what the space needed. No fumbling off a ledge, no awkward drop - just a natural transition that looks like it was always meant to be there.

What we like about a job like this is that nothing feels forced. The beds fit the house. The boulders fit the yard. The steps fit the patio. That's the goal every time - build something that suits the property rather than just filling space with plants and hoping for the best. Good landscape design reads naturally, and that's what we aimed for here in Covington.
