Commercial Landscape Install at Lightning Electric in Brookville

Lightning Electric just moved into a new building in Brookville, and we were proud to be the crew that handled their exterior landscaping. They do great work for this community, and they deserved an outside that matched the quality they bring on the inside.

When you're working on a commercial property, the front entrance has to do a lot of work. It's the first thing customers, vendors, and partners see when they pull in. A bare or sloppy front says a lot - none of it good. So we focused on a clean, intentional design that felt sharp and professional without being overdone.

For the entrance beds, we used a mix of river rock, ornamental grasses, and natural boulders to create a look that's low-maintenance but has real visual weight to it. The columnar evergreen anchoring the corner of the entry gives height without taking up a lot of width - a smart choice for a tight commercial space. The monument sign bed got the same treatment, with river rock, ornamental plantings, and a large natural boulder that grounds the whole thing.

This is what good commercial landscape design looks like. It doesn't have to be complicated. It just has to be purposeful. Every plant, every rock, every bed edge was placed with the overall look of the property in mind. Nothing random, nothing thrown together.

Getting to work alongside a company like Lightning Electric - one that genuinely gives back to Brookville - made this one feel especially worthwhile. If your business is moving into a new space or your current property needs some attention outside, this is exactly the kind of work we do every day.
